扑尔敏对映体的毛细管电泳方波安培分离检测
Enantioseparation of chlorpheniramine by capillary electrophoresis with square wave amperometric detection
【摘要】 报道了以未涂层融硅石英毛细管 (5 0cm× 75 μm)为分离柱 ,5mmol/LNaOH +1 0mmol/LCitricacid +3mmol/LH3BO3+1 0mmol/Lβ CD (pH 3 .5 )为电泳介质 ,分离电压 1 2kV ,检测电压 0 .80V ,建立了朴尔敏对映体拆分的高效毛细管电泳 方波安培检测方法。对缓冲溶液的种类、浓度、pH、分离电压对拆分效果的影响进行了讨论 ,并对拆分机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 A method of enantioseparation of chlorpheniramine by high performance capillary electrophoresis with square wave amperometric detection was developed. The enantiomer of chlorpheniramine was separated under the following conditions:uncoated fused silica capillary(75 μm×50 cm),5 mmol/L NaOH+10 mmol/L citric acid +3 mmol/L H 3BO 3+10 mmol/L β-CD (pH 3.5) as background electrolyte, 12 kV operation voltage and +0.80 V(vs.Ag/AgCl) detection potential. The effects of pH of the background electrolyte, the concentrations of chiral selector, the citric acid and boric acid were discussed in detail. The mechanism of enantioseparation was also discussed.
