铽-敏化荧光法测定妥舒沙星
Terbium sensitized fluorescence determination of tosufloxacin
【摘要】 依据Tb3+和妥舒沙星 (TSLX)形成配合物并在分子内发生能量转移 ,产生Tb3+的特征荧光 ,建立了一种分析妥舒沙星含量的的新方法。方法的线性范围为 7.0× 1 0 - 8~ 5 .0× 1 0 - 6 mol·L- 1 ,检出限为 8.5× 1 0 - 9mol·L- 1 。测定了胶囊中妥舒沙星的含量和回收率 ,回收率在 99.8%~ 1 0 4 %之间。并对Tb3+ 妥舒沙星体系敏化荧光的机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The determination of tosufloxacin(TSLX) was studied by sensitized fluorescence method. Intramolecular energy transfer occured in Tb 3+-TSLX complex and the fluorescence of Tb 3+ was sensitized by TSLX. The fluorescence intensity of Tb 3+-TSLX system was proportional to the amount of TSLX. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range and detection limit for TSLX were 7.0×10 -8~5.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 and 8.5×10 -9 mol·L -1, respectively. This method was successfully applied to the determination of TSLX in capsule without any pretreatment.
