氢化物发生/原子吸收分光光度法测定食盐中铅
<title>Determination of lead in table salts by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrophotometry
【摘要】 采用氢化物/原子吸收光谱法测定食盐中痕量铅,使用流动注射氢化物发生器,自动吸入试样和NaBH4溶液,空气/乙炔火焰加热石英管原子化器。对测定条件及共存元素的允许量进行了研究,采用K3[Fe(CN)6]作氧化剂。方法的灵敏度是0 28ng/mL/1%吸收,检出限为0 10ng/mL,回收率在94%~102%之间,RSD为2 1%~5 3%。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>A method for determination of trace Pb in table salts by flame AAS with hydride generation was described. The sample and NaBH4 solutions were taken up automatically, and atomization took place in airacetylene flame. The conditions of determination and interference of some coexistence elements were investigated. Sensitivity of the method was 028 ng/mL/1% absorption with detection limit of 010 ng/mL. The recoveries were 94%~102%, AND RSD 2.1%~53%.
