氢化物发生/原子吸收分光光度法测定食盐中铅

【摘要】 采用氢化物/原子吸收光谱法测定食盐中痕量铅,使用流动注射氢化物发生器,自动吸入试样和NaBH4溶液,空气/乙炔火焰加热石英管原子化器。对测定条件及共存元素的允许量进行了研究,采用K3[Fe(CN)6]作氧化剂。方法的灵敏度是0 28ng/mL/1%吸收,检出限为0 10ng/mL,回收率在94%~102%之间,RSD为2 1%~5 3%。

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>A method for determination of trace Pb in table salts by flame AAS with hydride generation was described. The sample and NaBH4 solutions were taken up automatically, and atomization took place in airacetylene flame. The conditions of determination and interference of some coexistence elements were investigated. Sensitivity of the method was 028 ng/mL/1% absorption with detection limit of 010 ng/mL. The recoveries were 94%~102%, AND RSD 2.1%~53%. 
