萃取分离ICP-AES法测定含铪铀中微量杂质元素

【摘要】 用盐酸 硝酸 氢氟酸溶解含铪的铀试样 ,以磷酸三丁酯为萃取剂 ,分离铀、铪与待测杂质元素。用ICP AES法同时测定了试样中钼、钨、铁、硼、锰、铍、铜、镁、钙、铝和镍等 1 1种杂质元素的含量。将 0 0 90 0g~ 0 1 1 0 0g试样制成 6mL溶液时 ,各杂质元素测量范围为 1 .0× 1 0 - 3%~ 1 .0× 1 0 - 1 % ,回收率在 94%~ 1 0 5 %之间 ,相对标准偏差优于 1 0 %

【Abstract】 The uranium sample containing Hf was dissolved by HCl HNO 3 HF. Tributylphosphate was used to extract U Hf from the sample solution in the nitric acid media.Mo,W,Fe,B,Mn,Be,Cu,Mg,Ca,Al and Ni were then determined by ICP AES.When the sample of 0.0900 g~0.1100 g was treated into a 6 mL solution, every element was in the concentration range of 1.0×10 -3 % to 1.0×10 -1 % and was determined with recovery of 94% to 105% and RSD of less than 10%.
