枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁复盐的化学结构及光谱研究
Study on Chemical Structure and Spectra of Double Salt of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate
【摘要】 本文采用 UV、FTIR、1H NMR、13 C NMR、MS及元素分析等现代分析手段 ,对枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁复盐的化学结构进行了分析鉴定 ,并对光谱谱带进行了归属 ,讨论了铋离子与羧酸根的配位情况 ,为该药的化学结构提供分析判据
【Abstract】 In this paper, the chemical strcuture of double salt of Ranitidine bismuth citrate was analyzed and identifed with many advanced analytical instruments, such as UV, FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The spectral assignment of double salt and coordination of bismuth ion with carboxylic group were discussed and could be used to facilitate structural interpretation of double salt.
