DNA与维生素B2相互作用的电化学研究
Electrochemical Studies of the Interaction between DNA and Vitamin B2
【摘要】 研究了维生素 B2 与 DNA在 p H4.5 6条件下相互作用的电化学行为。DNA的存在能导致维生素 B2 氧化还原峰电流降低 ,峰电位基本不变。通过测定 DNA引入前后的一些电化学参数 ,推测维生素 B2 与 DNA在该条件下结合生成了一种非电活性的超分子化合物。针对该类型体系 ,推导出一系列方程求得该超分子化合物的组成为 1∶ 1 ,结合常数β =6.0 2× 1 0
【Abstract】 The electrochemical studies of the interaction of vitamin B 2 with DNA at pH 4.56 were performed in this paper. Adding DNA in vitamin B 2 solution, both reduction and oxidation currents of vitamin B 2 decrease with no change in the peak potentials. Through the test of the electrochemical parameters (charge transfer coefficient α and standard electron transfer rate constant k s) in the absence and presence of DNA, it is found that the reaction of vitamin B 2(VB 2) with DNA forms an electrochemical inactive supramolecular complex DNA VB 2. A series of equations are deduced for this kind of system. The equilibrium constant for this complex is calculated to be 6.02×10 5 mol -1 ·L.
