集成芯片毛细管电泳电化学检测系统
Integrated Microchip-based Capillary Electrophoresis System with Electrochemical Detection
【摘要】 研制了一种新颖的集成芯片毛细管电泳电化学检测装置。此装置基于柱末安培检测法 ,将检测池集成在芯片上 ,以自制的 30 μm Pt微盘电极为工作电极 ,在几十秒钟内实现了多巴胺、5 -羟色胺和肾上腺素三种神经递质的快速分离检测
【Abstract】 Since 1990s, microchip based capillary electrophoresis has been highlighted dramatically in the field of μ TAS. In this paper a novel integrated microchip based capillary electrophoresis system with electrochemical detection is described. To fit this detector, a new method was developed to fabricate 30 μm Pt microdisk electrodes. Based on the end column mode, the system was employed to separate three kinds of neurotransmitters within tens of seconds.
