改进的喷淋-鼓泡式平衡器GC法测定海水中的PCO2
PCO2 Measurement by GC System with a Developed Shower-Bubble Type Equilibrator
【摘要】 在全球变化研究中 ,海气交换平衡器是海水中二氧化碳分压 ( PCO2 )直接测定的关键。本文在喷淋式平衡器和鼓泡式平衡器的基础上设计了新的喷淋 -鼓泡式平衡器 ,就平衡器体积、平衡后气体进样方式、海气平衡时间等作了改进并与层流式平衡器进行了互校 (气相色谱法现场测定 )。经精密度分析和 F法、t法显著性检验 ,本实验室的喷淋 -鼓泡平衡器 -气相色谱系统对大气和海水中 PCO2 的分析 ,都可达到通量计算中 PCO2 的测定精密度需小于 1 %的要求。两种平衡器之间无显著性差异 ,改进的喷淋 -鼓泡式平衡器能准确测定海水中的二氧化碳分压
【Abstract】 Equilibrator is a sticking point in the system of directly measuring the partial pressure of carbon dioxide ( P CO 2 ) in seawater. The disagreements of P CO 2 value among different labs mainly come from discrepancies among different equilibrators. Based on both the "shower type" equilibrator and the "bubble type" equilibrator, a new "shower bubble type" equilibrator expatiated in this paper is developed at some points such as the equilibrator volume, the method of equilibrated sample introduction and time for equilibration etc., and is intercalibrated with a "laminary flow type" equilibrator in situ by GC. It is indicated that there are no distinct discrepancies between the two kinds of equilibrators by the distinction test.
