硫化镉纳米荧光探针荧光猝灭法测定痕量铜

【摘要】 制备了无机纳米溶胶CdS,研究了纳米粒子的大小和荧光性质 ,以该纳米粒子为探针 ,建立了荧光猝灭法测定铜离子的新方法。该方法已成功用于人发样品测定 ,方法简单 ,快速 ,选择性好 ,灵敏度高 ,在最佳实验条件下 ,测定铜离子的线性区间为 2 .0~ 2 4 .0 μg L ,检出限为 0 .2 3 μg L。

【Abstract】 Preparation and characterization of CdS nanoparticles were studied. At different pH values, the fluorescence intensity of CdS colloidal solutions was different. The relative fluorescence intensity decreased when copper ion was added. A fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace copper was developed. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of copper ion from 2.0 μg/L to 24.0 μg/L. The limit of detection is 0.23 μg/L for copper. The method has been used to determine trace amounts of copper ion in hair samples, and it was proved to be a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific method.
