环丙沙星荷移反应及荧光光谱性质研究
Study on Fluorescence Characteristics of Ciprofloxacin Based on Charge Transfer Reaction
【摘要】 研究了环丙沙星 (CPFX)与电子受体 2 ,3 二氰 5 ,6 二氯 1,4对苯醌 (DDQ)之间的荷移反应。实验结果表明 :DDQ与CPFX的荷移反应需在丙酮 甲醇 (1∶4 )介质中进行。两者于 4 0℃水浴中恒温 30min即可形成1∶1络合物 ,其荧光发射较CPFX有显著的增强。在 0 .1~ 7.2mg/L浓度范围内 ,荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好线性关系 ;其检出限为 0 .1mg/L。本方法用于片剂中环丙沙星的含量测定 ,其回收率为 96 .6 %~ 10 0 2 % ;标准偏差为 1.3%~ 2 .6 %。
【Abstract】 The charge transfer complex formed between ciprofloxacin (CPFX) as the donor and 2,3 dichloro 5,6 dicyano 1,4 benzoquinone (DDQ) as the acceptor has been studied by fluorimetry. Experiment shows that CPFX is reacted with DDQ in a mixture of acetone and methanol at 40℃ for 30 min and the complex is formed. The composition of the complex was found to be 1∶1 by Bent French and molar ratio methods. A linear calibration graph was obtained over the CPFX concentration from 0.1 mg/L to 7.2 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.1 mg/L of CPFX. The recoveries are 96.6%~100.2%. The relative standard deviation is 1.3%~2.6% ( n =5). The method has been applied to the determination of CPFX in tablets with satisfactory results.
