基于溶胶-凝胶及印制技术制备复合陶瓷碳pH电极
Preparing of Screen-printable Composite Ceramic Carbon pH Electrode Using Sol-gel Technique
【摘要】 将溶胶 凝胶技术与丝网印制技术相结合研制了一种新型复合陶瓷碳pH电极和参比电极 ,并组合制备了pH复合电极。pH电极利用天然沸石作质子接受体 ,用溶胶 凝胶法进行固定。对溶胶 凝胶法与印制技术相结合制作包埋沸石的复合陶瓷碳敏感膜的条件进行了实验 ,并对电极参数进行了测试。该电极测定范围为pH 1~ 1 2 ,响应斜率为 0 .0 6V dec。电极稳定性、重现性好、响应快 ,利用此电极对多种水样进行了分析 ,取得了满意效果。采用该法制备离子选择性电极具有简易、价廉、易批量化生产和推广应用等特点。
【Abstract】 A method for preparing pH electrode by silica sol gel technique and screen printing technique was proposed. Detailed experiments have been carried out to define the formation conditions of the sensitive film of the electrode. Silica sol gel derived zeolite graphite composite pH electrode with zeolite as receptor of proton and Ag/AgCl reference electrode have been made. The Nernstian response is in the range of pH 1~12 for the pH electrode with a slope of 0.06 V/dec. The responsible time is less than 30 s. It has been applied to determine pH in water samples and satisfactory results were obtained with RSD 0.2%~1.3%. The title method to fabricate ionic selective electrode is simple,rapid and cheap.
