眼眶容积的CT研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究CT测量正常人眼眶容积。方法 :对 2 0只填砂眼眶标本进行CT扫描 ,用描记法测量填砂体积 (各层描记面积×层厚 )与量筒测量的填砂体积相比较 ,确定最佳的描记方法和窗组合 ,计算测量精确度和测量准确性。测量2 9例正常成人的 58只眼眶容积 ,运用统计学方法计算眼眶容积平均值。结果 :标本测量中 ,当窗位 2 0 0HU和窗宽 2 0 0 0HU时 ,误差控制在 - 4 .60 %~ 4 .0 4 %之间 ,精确度为 0 .36 %~ 4.6 % ,测量准确性为 1 0 0 %。 58只正常成人眼眶容积范围为2 1 .63~ 2 6.31ml,平均 2 4 .0 5ml± 1 .33ml。结论 :CT为眼眶容积的测量提供了工具 ,结果精确 ,准确性高 ,可用于眼眶容积改变常规检查中 ;同时提供了正常成年人眼眶容积的范围 ,可在实际测量中对比应用

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the measuring techniques of the orbital volume by CT.Methods:20 orbital specimen filled with fine sand were performed CT,and then the volume was calculated by summating the area of the orbit measured by graphical method and multiplying by section thickness. The result was compared with that by volumetric cylinder,and therefore resultant optimal dipicting method and window combination would be determined as well as calculation of precision and accuracy of measurement.The volume of 58 normal orbits in 29 adults were measured,and then the average of orbital volume was calculated statistically.Results:When the window combinations were 200(level) and 2?000(width) in measuring specimen, the error was -4.60%~4.04%,the precision 0.36~4.6% and the accuracy 100%.The range of 58 adult normal orbital volume discrepancy was from 21.63 to 26.31 ml with a mean 24.05± 1.33ml. Conclusion:The investigation offers the tool to measure the orbital volume by CT and the range of normal orbital volume of adult,which may be used routinely in patients with suspicious changes of orbital volume. The result measured in this way is precise and accurate,and the value of the orbit volume of adult provided as a reference in clinical practice.
