光稳定剂对石蜡的光安定作用
Stabilization of Light Stabilizers on Paraffins
【摘要】 石蜡主要是由正构烷烃组成 ,还有较少的异构烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃 ,以及含微量S、N、O的化合物。这些化合物以及芳烃、烯烃类物质中不稳定的组分 ,在紫外线和热的作用下 ,易被氧化 ,致使石蜡的颜色变深 ,使用价值降低。为了改善石蜡的光安定性能 ,研究了不同光稳定剂和抗氧剂及其配合使用、光稳定剂含量对石蜡光氧安定性的影响。结果表明 ,在不同种类的石蜡中 ,紫外线吸收剂 (UV -P、UV - 5 31、UV - 9)的应用效果较好 ;增加光稳定剂的含量可提高石蜡的光安定性 ,一般光稳定剂的加入量在 0 .5‰~ 2‰之间 ;基于蜡的性质不同 ,抗氧剂T5 0 1与光稳定剂复配对某些蜡的光安定性有所提高 ;抗氧剂对某些石蜡的光安定性有一定的改善作用 ,其用量在 0 .5‰~1‰之间
【Abstract】 Paraffin consists of n-alkane,short p-alkane,naphthene and aromatic, minimal amount of compounds containing elements S,N,O. When they are exposed to ultraviolet and heat, those compounds containing elements S,N,O, aromatic and unstable elements of alkene aromatic can be oxidated so that paraffin’s colour darkens and the usage value is lowed. So, to improve stability of paraffin, the effects of some light stabilizers and antioxidant on paraffin photooxidation were studied, and the cooperation and content of these matters were also discussed. The result shows that light stability of paraffin will be improved with increasing the content of light stabilizers, which should be between 0.5‰and 2‰.The cooperation of antioxidant and light stabilizers improves the light stability of some paraffins. Moreover, antioxidant has the positive effect on light stability of some paraffins, amount used should be 0.5‰ to 1‰.
