重油催化裂化取热技术及其进展

【摘要】 介绍了重油催化裂化取热技术的现状及发展趋势。取热技术主要分为内取热技术和外取热技术 ,内取热器有垂直盘管式和水平盘管式两种 ,工业化的内取热技术始于 6 0年代 ,属稀相输送 ,因其磨损严重 ,运行寿命短 ,因而出现了外取热技术。现在工业应用的外取热器有上流式、下流式、气控式、返混式等。尽管各种类型的取热器有其自身的优势 ,发挥了重要作用 ,然而都有其一定的局限性。抚顺石油学院新开发出的输送管路式取热技术在平衡两器过剩热量的同时能有效地优化反应系统操作 ,实现高再生温度、高剂油比、高原料预热温度的“三高”操作 ,可提高转化率、掺渣比、改善产品分布

【Abstract】 The status and trend in development of catalyst cooler in residue fluid catalytic cracking unit (RFCCU) were introduced. Catalyst cooling techniques include the internal cooler and external one. There are two kinds of coiled pipes, i.e. the perpendicular and the level in internal catalyst cooler. Technology of internal catalyst cooler was commercially used in 1960s, in which the excessive heat was taken away in dilute phase transport .The technique has severe friction wear and the short operation period, thus, the external coolers appeared comprising up-flow, down-flow, back-mixing, pneumatic control and transport pipe and etc. But these coolers have their own limitation. An advanced transport pipe-external catalyst cooler invented in Fushun petroleum institute can balance the excessive heat of regenerator and reactor, and effectively regulate the operation of reaction system. So the higher regenerative temperature, the higher ratio of catalyst to oil and the preheating temperature of raw material are realized and then could increase the conversion rate of raw material oil, and the quantity of residue injection and improve the distribution of products.
