【摘要】 用微波等离子体炬 (MPT)为激发光源 ,氩气为等离子体工作气体 ,用气动雾化进样 ,研究了微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法 (MPT -AES)测定石油焦中硅的方法。详细考察了载气流量、工作气流量、氧屏蔽气流量、微波功率等实验参数对测定硅的影响 ,同时考察了共存元素对硅测定的影响。结果表明 :硅的检出限为 0 .0 40 μg/mL ,线性范围为 0 .2~ 6 μg/mL ,回收率在 95 .7%~ 10 3.8%之间 ,相对标准偏差 (n =6 ) <2 .9%。操作方法简便 ,自动化程度高 ,运转费用低 ,准确快速 ,是一种测定石油焦中硅的行之有效的分析方法

【Abstract】 Using microwave plasma torch (MPT) as excitation light source, argon as support gas, the sample solution is introduced into plasma by pneumatic nebulization system. The determination of silicon in petroleum coke by MPT atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES) is studied. The experimental conditions (including carrier gas flow rate, support gas flow rate, oxygen shield gas flow rate and microwave power) are optimized and chosen. The effects of coexistent ions on silicon emission signal were investigated in detail. The detection limit of silicon is 0.040 μg/mL . Linear range is 0.2~6 μg/mL. The recovery is 95.7%~103.8%.The relative standard deviation (n=6) was less than 2.9%. The result shows that the method is effective to determine silicon in petroleum coke in its accuracy, easy operation, high automation and low operation cost.
