【摘要】 健力宝集团有限公司运用管理学理论对企业进行有效管理 ,抓住机遇 ,以科技创新 ,叩开高质量国产运动饮料之门 ;管理创新 ,在激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大 ;发展战略创新 ,以饮料为主导产品 ,相关发展 ;体制创新 ,使企业可持续发展
【Abstract】 Through efficient management and technological innovation, Jian Li Bao Corp.Ltd. has produced national high quality sports beverage.Managerial innovation has made it more powerful in the violent competition, developmental innovation has made it stronger in corresponding fields, and systematic innovation has made it sustainable in its development.
