【摘要】 国际直接投资自２０世纪７０年代以来发展的情况和基本特征说明，现有的相关理论都只能解释国际直接投资中的部分，对于全面的解释至今没有一个统一的理论。我们应根据分工和专业化的基本原理，将国际直接投资看做是不同投资方──以跨国公司为代表和被投资方的多方信息不完全动态博弈过程，充满许多不确定性。由此基本假设出发，进行定性和定量的研究，逐步加深对国际直接投资现象的理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and basic features of FDI from 1970s show that the present relevant theories can only explain parts of FDI. Up to now, there is not a unified theory. We may view it as a non-complete dynamic chess-playing course among different investors on the basis of labor division and specialization. Based on this hypothesis, we can gradually know FDI through our qualitative and quantitative study.更多还原
