【摘要】 目的为提高机械通气患儿动脉采血气工作效率 ,减少因反复动脉穿刺引起并发症发生。方法将机械通气患儿予头皮动脉套管针留置 ,肝素稀释液封管 ,按需经肝素帽取血 ,取血时先弃去含封管液血样 0 8ml,再取血 0 3ml作血气分析 ,与直接动脉穿刺取血气结果比较。结果差异无显著意义。结论此法方便有效 ,无 1例置管并发症发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the efficiency of artery blood sampling for child patient with machinery ventilation,to reduce the complication due to repated artery puncture.Method Children’s scalp artery trocar was retained,and tuber was sealed by heparin diluent.Blood was collected through the tuber,first 0.3ml blood was throw away,then 0.3ml blood was collected for assessment,the result was compared with that of blood directly collected from artery puncture.Result There is no significant difference between the two blood sampling.Conclusion Blood sampling through children’s scalp artery trocar retain is effective and no complication occurred.更多还原
