工艺过程对亚磷酸三苯酯在A3钢表面成膜的影响
INFLUENCE OF PROCESSING PARAMETERS ON FORMATION OF TRIPHENYL PHOSPHITE FILM ON A3 STEEL SURFACE
【摘要】 利用扫描电境观察了不同条件下亚磷酸三苯酯在A3钢表面所形成的膜微观形貌特征。结果表明 ,温度、缓蚀剂的浓度、金属表面状况都会影响膜的形貌 ,从而影响缓蚀效率
【Abstract】 The influence of processing parameters on the formation of triphenyl phosphite films on A3 steel surface was investigated by characterising the morphology of the films with SEM.The results show that many factors,such as temperature,the concentrate of corrosion inhibitor (triphenyl phosphite) and the surface morphology of metal,may exert a great influence on the morphology of the film.Furthermore,the efficiency of inhibitors was also affected by these factors.
