混合菌种对碳钢腐蚀行为的电化学研究

【摘要】 采用开路电位测量、极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗 (EIS)研究了由小球菌和硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)构成的混合菌种对 4 5 # 碳钢腐蚀行为的影响 .结果表明 :在有限生长条件下 ,小球菌明显地抑制了硫酸盐还原菌的快速生长 ;混合菌种大幅度降低了碳钢的腐蚀速度 ;该结果为更有效地防治微生物腐蚀提供了新思路 .

【Abstract】 The influence of mixed colonies composed of Micrococcus and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) on corrosion behavior of 45 # carbon steel was studied using open circuit potential,polarization curve and AC-impedance.The results indicated that (1) Under the limited growth,the competitive growing relation of Micrococcus and SRB was obvious,and when Micrococcus existed,the rapid growth of SRB was inhibited very much;(2) In the presence of mixed colonies,corrosion rate of 45 # carbon steel was reduced remarkably and (3) A new method was offered to prevent MIC efficiently.
