【摘要】 目的 :探讨保证老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全需采取的对策。方法 :回顾 85例老年人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。。结果 :术中逆行胆囊切除 2例。中转开腹 6例 ,其中 4例胆囊三角区严重粘连解剖不清 ,2例术中大出血。肝下放置引流 15例。术后腹腔积液 2例 ,肺部感染 1例 ,右上腹剧痛 2例 ,均经保守治疗治愈。住院 5～ 14d ,平均 7 5d。结论 :术前充分准备 ,严格掌握手术适应证 ,熟练掌握手术操作技能 ,可提高老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除的安全性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the safe factors of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in the aged patients. Methods:The cinical data of 85 aged patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analysed retrospectively.Results: Among 85 cases, 2 cases were done retrograde cholecystectomy, 6 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy, 4 of them had badly inflammatory adhesion in calot triangle, the rest 2 had hemorrhage during operation. 15 cases were put flowing tubes under hepats. 2 cases had exudative inflammation ofter operation, 1 case had pneumonia infection. 2 cases occurred severe pain in right-up abdomen. All of them were treated with non-operation, and were in hospital for 5 to 14 days.Conclusions:Under carefully preparation before operation, strict indication and skillful operation, safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be greatly improved in the aged patients.更多还原
