【摘要】 目的 :报道改良式腹腔镜下成人腹股沟斜疝修补术。方法 :使用腹腔镜配合一次性腹腔闭合器及自制带线钩针行荷包内环口周边腹膜缝扎 ,配合使用巴德补片 (BardComposix)治疗成人斜疝 32例。结果 :32例手术均获成功 ,无 1例发生并发症 ,随访 3～ 4月 ,无 1例复发。结论 :此术式安全 ,手术时间短 ,操作简单 ,术后无需缝线 ,无并发症 ,无复发 ,术后疤痕少 ,美容效果好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of modified laparoscopic hernia repairs Methods:In 32 patients,a safer Veress needle was used to creat pneumoperitoneum,and a trocar with a safe divice was inserted through abdominal wall at umbilicus and the left side of umbilicus A purse string was put around internal ring anteriorperitonally through a self made needle and knotting was done subcutaneouslly Bard composix was used for repairment of the thin abdominal wall Many new techniques for the safety of the operation were also mentioned Results:Average operation duration was decreased and no compilication occured All patients recovered smoothly and discharged at the second day after operation, mean while no patient relapsed in the following 4months Conclusions:The modified laparoscopic herniotomy has the advantages of short opertive duration,easy skill without complication and relapse,and it has good cosmetic,effect with fewer scar更多还原
