【摘要】 目的 :总结胆囊动脉变异时腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)的手术经验及减少手术并发症的方法。方法 :经腹腔镜胆囊切除的 932例 ,术中观察 ,总结分析胆囊动脉的数量及走向 ,手术方法及防治并发症的措施。结果 :全组病例术中胆囊动脉出血 10例 ,其中 8例为双胆囊动脉者 ;3例因盲目止血致胆总管损伤。结论 :胆囊动脉变异较多 ,在LC中应重视胆囊动脉的数量及走向 ,从而提高手术成功率 ,减少手术并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) when cystic artery are abnormal and the methods to decrease complications.Methods:The number and the trend of cystic artery of 932 cases with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were observed. The relationship between the methods of operation and the prevention of complication were reviewed and analyzed. Results:10 cases had bleeding during the operation, of them, 8 cases were double cystic artery; 3 cases had the common bile duct injuries resulted from blind stanch bleeding. Conclusions:Abnormal cystic are not seldom. Pay attention to the number or trend of cystic artery may increase the safety and decrease the complications of the operation.更多还原
