【摘要】 本文依据对2001年1月至6月九家地方《法制报》中家庭暴力报道文献的分析,试图了解在《婚姻法》修改草案公布、讨论和通过前后,国内媒体对家庭暴力的报道情况。研究发现,各地《法制报》对家庭暴力问题的关注程度有差别;家庭暴力的报道以案例和纪实故事为主,分析报道尚缺乏深度;有的报道题目含混,反映着制媒者对家庭暴力还存在模糊认识;对国内外反暴力的理论研究和行动干预介绍较少。作者在分析的基础上对如何报道家庭暴力提出了具体可操作的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drawing upon the reports on domestic violence carried in nine local legal system-related journals between January and June 2001, this paper seeks to analyse the way domestic media reported domestic violence before and after the promulgation, discussion and adoption of the revised draft of the marriage law. The findings of the analysis are as follows. 1. The journals vary in their interest in the domestic violence issue; 2. the trports focus on case studies and real stories, with the lack of depth in their analysis; 3. the topics of some of the reports are confusing, reflecting the reporters’ vague understanding of the issue; 4. the reports deal very little with the anti-violence studies of theories and actions of intervention at home and abroad. Based on the analysis, the author concludes with feasible suggestions on how to report domestic violence.更多还原
