金属注射成形石蜡基粘结剂主体聚合物的研究
Investigation on the Main Polymer in Paraffin-based Binders Used for Metal Injection Molding
【摘要】 聚乙烯 醋酸乙烯酯 (EVA)为主体聚合物的石蜡基粘结剂在金属注射成形技术中得到了广泛的应用。这种粘结剂体系有很好的流动性 ,但存在保形性较差的缺点。采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯和醋酸乙烯酯为单体进行溶液聚合和悬浮聚合 ,并重点考察了各种因素对聚合结果的影响。发现改变单体组成、引发剂用量、分子量调节剂用量和其它一些条件 ,可以得到理想的主体聚合物。
【Abstract】 Paraffin-based binders in which EVA is the main polymer are broadly applied to the technology of Metal Injection Molding.This type of binder shows good fluidity,but the property of keeping shape is unsatisfatory.With methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate as the monomers solution polymerization and pearl polymerization were studied,with emphasis on the effect of all kinds of factors.Ideal main polymers can be obtained by changing proportion of monomers?dosage of initiator?dosage of molecular weight modifier and other factors.
