【Abstract】 The selection of raw materials, formulation design, production process and self lubrication properties of bearings were investigated with regard to the special operating mode of the oilless bearing at high speed (25000rpm). A high speed rig test was carried out. The results show that the developed bearings have good anti thermal welding, excellent self lubricity and enough wear resistance. The developed bearings have application in high speed electric tools and go into batch production.更多还原
