悬铃木落果的化学调控

【摘要】 在悬铃木的初花期,用化学药剂处理,使得幼果不能正常发育,早期脱落,从而达到控制果毛污染环境的目的.研究表明,经药剂处理之后,一段时间内,幼果含水量下降,鲜重减轻,电解质外渗增加,致使幼果萎蔫、皱缩、干枯而脱落,落果率达93.8%.这种情况的出现,与幼果内过氧化氢酶活性下降、物质代谢受阻有关.

【Abstract】 In order to control the pollution of t he plane trees,cones seminal hair to city environment,the chemical agent was used to treat it during the initial stage of the blossom.After the treatment,the young cones could n’t normally developed,its relativ e water content,gross weight and chlorophyll content of th e leaves dropped.The cell electroly te leakage and soluble sugar content increased.As result,the young cones wilted and contracte d,then dropped.The rate of cones dropping reached 93.8%.Thi s might be closely related to reduction of activities of the hydrogen peroxidase,and material m etabolism was obstructed as well.
