【摘要】 本文用拉曼谱和光致发光谱研究了PbSnS3纳米棒的光学性质.PbSnS3纳米棒的拉曼谱可用两种声子模式解析.PbSnS3纳米棒在紫外线激发下发蓝光.

【Abstract】 The optical properties of PbSnS 3 nanorods were investigated by Raman spectra and photoluminescence.The Raman spectrum of PbSnS 3 nanorods was attributed by two phonon models.The emitted light of PbSnS 3 nanorods was blue excited by ultraviolet radiation.
