【摘要】 本文介绍了某施工企业内部实行分工程项目承包招标工程中,如何用回归分析方法制定工程承包基数(Yi)对工程子标收入(Xi)函数关系的问题,经过几年的实践,工程成本费用降下来了,杜绝了浪费,实现了利润的最大化.文中从大规模的数据库中抽取出八个工程统计资料做为子样列表统计,推导计算概率分析,建立数量模型.通过该方法的应用,说明回归分析方法用于制订工程承包基数是可行的,有效的.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper recommends that in the course of dividing the project item to contract and bid carried out inside the unit in charge of construction,the way of regression analysis is utilized to establish the functional relation between the base quota of a contract in a project(Yi) and the revenue of the pre-tender of the project(Xi).After several years′practice,the project cost has been cut down and waste has been eliminated and maximum profit has been achieved.In this paper,eight statical data has been extracted from the large scale of database as the statistical subexamples to deduce and calculate the probability analysis and establish the quantum pattern.Application of this method has explained that applying the regression analysis to work out the base quota of a contract is practical and effective.更多还原
