新试剂4-苯基-2-(对羧基苯基重氮氨基)噻唑与钯显色反应的研究

【摘要】 报道了新三氮烯试剂4-苯基-2-(对羧基苯基重氮氨基)噻唑在混合表面活性剂OP~PVA-124存在下,于pH7.4的KH2PO4-NaOH缓冲介质中与钯的显色反应.结果表明,试剂与钯生成1∶2的红色配合物.其最大吸收波长在520nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.51×104L·mol-1·cm-1.钯量在0~0.48μg/ml范围内遵守比尔定律.该试剂对钯的选择性良好,方法用于Pd-C催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意.

【Abstract】 In this paper the colour reaction of palladium(Ⅱ) with 4-phenyl -2-(p-carboxylphenyldiazoamino) thiazole has been studied.The results show that in the medium of pH7.4 and in the presence of OP~PVA-124,palladium(Ⅱ) reacts with the reagent to form a red complex with the molar ratio of 1:2.The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 520nm with a molar absorptivity of 8.51×104L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.48μg/ml Pd(Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of micro palladium(Ⅱ) in Pd-C catalyst with satisfactory results.
