WC-Co硬质合金注射成形制品中碳含量控制的研究现状
Current state of carbon content control in WC-Co cemented carbide PIM parts
【摘要】 碳含量控制是WC-Co硬质合金注射成形技术(CCIM)的难点之一。作者分析了碳含量对WC-Co硬质合金注射成形制品的相组成、力学性能、尺寸精度的影响,指出引起碳含量变化的各注射成形工艺步骤和内在机理,讨论了精确控制碳含量的有效措施。
【Abstract】 Carbon content control is one of the problems in the PIM (Powder Injection Molding) technique of WC-Co cemented carbide. In the paper, the influences of carbon content variation to phase composition, mechanics performance, dimension precision of WC-Co cemented carbide PIM parts are analyzed. The PIM steps and inherent mechanism that lead to the change of carbon content are advanced, and some efficient measures to control carbon content are precisely proposed.
