【摘要】 目的　探讨输卵管过氧化氢声学造影在不孕症诊断中的应用。　方法　 6 5例临床诊断为不孕症妇女 ,于月经干净 3～ 7天内行输卵管声学造影检查。　结果　 6 5例 74次声学造影中 ,3例因宫腔部分粘连造影失败 ,其余输卵管均能满意显示 ,虽下腹痛出现率高 ,但均能自动缓解。　结论　输卵管过氧化氢声学造影是一种无创性检查 ,具安全、直观、可重复性强的特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To assess the use of oviducal acoustic contrast of hydrogen peroxide in diagnose of sterility.\ Methods\ 65 cases with clinically diagnosed sterility were performed by oviducal \{acoustic\} contrast of hydrogen peroxide during the third to seventh days after menses.\ Results\ Except 3 cases defeated for the adhesion of the uterine cavity, the others can be observed satisfied.\ Though many women had stomache after the performs, they could feel better soon.\ Conclusion\ Oviducal acoustic contrast of hydrogen peroxide is a diagnostic tool with non\|trauma.\ It’s safe and can be observed directly and can be repeated.\;更多还原
