血管内皮损伤大鼠动物模型的制作

【摘要】 目的 用 SD大鼠建立一种简便、易行的血管内皮损伤的动物模型 ,为开展对血管内皮细胞 (VEC)形态及功能作用的体内研究提供基本模型。 方法 按 33.3μg/ 10 0 g的剂量给大鼠皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素 ,3/ d,连续 5天。电镜观察大鼠降主动脉内皮细胞结构变化和血浆内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)浓度改变。 结果 电镜观察制作模型大鼠的 VEC有明显损伤 ,并且血浆 ET- 1浓度显著增高。 结论 用大剂量肾上腺素可以成功的制造血管内皮损伤的大鼠摸型

【Abstract】 Objective\ To establish a SD rat model of vascular endothelial injury for the study on the morphology and function of vascular endothelial cells(VEC) in vivo.\ Methods\ The model was made by injecting a high dose of adrenaline solution to the SD rat subcutaneously on the dose of 33 3 μg/100 g 3 times per day for continuous 5 days.\ The ultrastructure of VEC in descending aorta was observed by electron microscope and the concentration of endothelin\|1(ET\|1) in plasma was measured.\ Results\ VECs were obviously injured and ET\|1 in plasma increased significantly in the model rats.\ Conclusion\ The rat model of vascular endothelial injury can be established successfully by injection of high dose of \{adrenaline\}. \;
