【摘要】 目的　通过观察间隙连接蛋白 Cx32在正常胃粘膜、胃癌前病变和胃癌中的表达和分布情况 ,探讨 Cx基因表达与胃癌发生的关系。　方法　运用 SP免疫组化方法检测 Cx32在 70例原发性胃癌、6 2例胃癌前病变和16例正常胃粘膜中表达规律。　结果　 Cx32在正常胃粘膜上皮呈一致性强阳性表达 ,Cx32在胃癌前病变、胃癌中表达的阳性率分别为 90 .3% ,18.6 % ,Cx32在正常胃粘膜上皮、胃癌前病变和胃癌中阳性率比较差异均有显著性(P<0 .0 5 )。　结论　 Cx32是人正常胃上皮细胞间隙连接通道的主要成分 ,Cx32表达降低在胃癌发生发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the relationship between expression of connexin genes and tumorigenesis of gastric cancer by observation of the expression and distribution of connexin 32(Cx32) in normal gastric mucosa, precancerous lesion and gastric cancer.\ Methods\ The expression of Cx32 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 70 primary stomach cancers, 62 precancerous lesion and 16 normal mucosae.\ \{Results\}\ Uniformly high expression of Cx32 was shown in gastric epithelial cells, Cx32 protein was positive in 90.3 percent of precancerous lesion and only 18.6 percent in gastric cancer, respectively.\ Cx32 expression was significantly decreased in precancerous lesion and cancer, and was negatively correlated with the cancer differentiation (P<0.05).\ Conclusion\ Cx32 is the main component of gap junction in normal gastric epithelium.\ Decrease of Cx32 expression may play an important role in the development of stomach carcinoma.\;更多还原
