【摘要】 目的　观察糖脂平对正常和实验性糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。　方法　糖脂平以生药 3.5 ,7.0和14 .0 g/kg给小鼠连续灌胃给药 1/d× 5 ,实验性糖尿病模型用肾上腺素、葡萄糖和四氧嘧啶塑造。　结果　糖脂平能维持正常小鼠空腹血糖的稳定性 ,对葡萄糖、肾上腺素、四氧嘧啶所致的小鼠高血糖均有明显的抑制作用。该药给小鼠灌胃 ,其最大耐受量为 6 8.75 g/kg,相当于成人日用量的 395倍。　结论　糖脂平具有降血糖作用 ,毒性极小 ,口服安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the effect of a herba product--Tang\|zhi\|ping on blood sugar in normal and experimental diabetic mice.\ Methods\ The mice were treated with Tang\|zhi\|ping at doses of 3 5, 7 0 and 14 0 g/kg one time a day for 5 days.\ Experimental diabetic models were induced by adrenalin, glucose or alloxan.\ Results\ Tang\|zhi\|ping kept the stability of fasting blood sugar in normal mice, and significantly decreased blood sugar of diabetic mice.\ The largest enduring dose of Tang\|zhi\|ping for mice was 68 75 g/kg ig daily, which is 395 times as the dose for adult patient.\ Conclusion\ Tang\|zhi\|ping has hypoglycemic effect and very little toxicity.\;更多还原
