血清胆红素对冠心病患者血浆OxLDL和NO含量的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究冠心病患者血清胆红素与血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (Ox L DL )及一氧化氮 (NO)的关系 ,探讨它们在冠心病发病机制中的相互作用。 方法 血清胆红素采用重氮法测定 ,Ox L DL采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定 ,胆固醇、甘油三酯采用酶法测定 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇采用选择性抑制法测定 ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL c)通过 Friedward公式计算 ,血浆 NO采用硝酸还原酶法测定。 结果 冠心病患者血清胆红素水平明显低于对照组 (11.0 2± 3.0 1vs 14 .0 1± 4 .0 8μmol/ L ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,血浆 Ox L DL水平显著高于对照组 (6 92 .2± 2 4 5 .7vs4 4 4 .1± 173.0μg/ L ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,血浆 NO水平低于对照组 (49.5 4± 16 .12 vs 74 .4 0± 17.5 0μm ol/ L ,P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 冠心病患者可能由于血清胆红素浓度的降低 ,机体抗氧化能力减弱 ,L DL氧化修饰形成 Ox L DL增多 ,使NO水平降低 ,致使血管收缩、血小板聚集 ,从而促进冠心病形成

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the relationship between levels of plasma oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein(OxLDL), plasma nitric oxide(NO) and serum bilirubin in patients with coronary heart disease.\ Methods\ Serum bilirubin was determined with Malloy\|Evelyn method.\ OxLDL was determined with ELISA.\ Total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) were determined with enzymology, high density lipoproteins(HDLc) was determined with elimination enzymatic assay, low density lipoprotein(LDLc) was calculated with Friedward formula, plasma NO was determined with nitrate reductase.\ \{Results\}\ The concentration of serum bilirubin in coronary heart disease was markedly lower than that of controls(11.02±3.01 vs 14.01±4.08 μmol/L, P<0 05).\ The concentration of plasma OxLDL was significantly higher than that of controls(692 2±245 7 vs 444 1±173 0 μg/L, P<0 05), while the level of plasma NO was lower than that of controls(49.54±16.12 vs 74.40±17.50 μmol/L, P<0 05).\ Conclusion\ Lower serum bilirubin concentration possibly reduces the antioxygenic abilities on human organism, it is possible to expedite low density lipoprotein peroxidation, then the concentration of plasma OxLDL raises, and the level of plasma NO decreases.\ It may promote coronary heart disease.\;
