不同外磁条件对双孢蘑菇176菌株生物学效应的研究

【摘要】 用不同磁性条件处理双孢蘑菇 ( Agricusbisporus) 1 76菌丝体 ,经生物学指标测定结果表明 :用单一磁处理水条件培养能使双孢蘑菇 1 76的核酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量提高 1 0 .1 %和 1 4 .7% .用磁场处理 ,0 .1 T的磁场强度对双孢蘑菇负效应最明显 ,均使其菌丝体的核酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量以及总蛋白质含量降低得最多 ,酯酶同工酶 ( EST)表现产量性状的主要酶带酶活性降低 ,部分弱酶带消失 ,无论是培养在 MPDA上或是 PDA上的菌丝体结果相似 .但是双重磁性条件处理 (磁处理水加上磁场处理 )比单一磁场处理的生物负效应更强 .

【Abstract】 The mycelia of Agricus bisporus strain 176 were inoculated on the potato dextrose agar made up with common water (PDA) and magnetized water (MPDA). The mycelia were treated with magnetic resonance of different intensity. After magnetic treating they were transferred onto the relevant PDA and MPDA. The bio-index was measured 14 days later. We discovered that magnetic water incubating had increased the content of nucleic acid and soluble protein of Agricus bisporus strain 176 for 10.1% and 14.7% respectively. It was found that treatment with the magnetic resonance intensity of 0.1T remarkably decreased the content of total protein mass, nucleic acid and soluble protein. The activity of the main EST isozyme decreased. Some enzyme bands disappeared. The mycelia that harvested from MPDA incubating were treated with the same intensity. The negative effect was much weaker than those harvested from PDA incubating. Treated the mycelia from MPDA incubating with magnetic intensity of 0.4T, it also accelerated the growth speed of the mycelia, the soluble protein content and total protein content exceeded those of the control.
