【Abstract】 According to the natural conditions, channel and anchorage state of Quanzhou Wan, and based on the real observation of the traffic condition at sea, the situation of traffic density and standard ship state of Quanzhou Wan are obtained. Through the Fuzzy Inference System model on marine traffic safety evaluation, the ship sailing environment dangerous degree in Quanzhou Wan is analysed. In conclusion the necessities of monitoring system of VTS in the Quanzhou Wan should be set up.更多还原
