【摘要】 薄皮×厚皮甜瓜F1主要经济性状的遗传表现为,圆球形果实对长形果或椭圆形果隐性;黄色果皮对白色果皮和绿色果皮不完全显性,呈中间类型;橙色果肉对绿色果肉显性;软质果肉对脆质果肉显性;粉质对粘质显性;果实糖度的遗传较复杂,存在各种不同程度的中间类型。杂种优势分析结果表明,单果重表现出明显的正向杂种优势,杂种优势的强弱因组合选配的不同而不同;而果肉厚和糖含量则存在正向和负向杂种优势。方差分析结果表明,选配的9个组合均比其母本(M)增产达显著或极显著水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inheritance of main economic characters of hybrid melon F1 showed that the inheritance of the round fruit was recessive for the long or ellipse; the inheritance of the yellow skin was semi-dominant for the white and green; the inheritance of the orange flesh was dominant for the green; the inheritance of the soft flesh texture was dominant for the fragile and the powder was dominant for the viscidity; there are varieties of middle-type in the inheritance of fruit sugar level; the combinations appeared to have significant positive heterotic vigor on the weight of single fruit, but negative heterotic vigor on the sugar content. The yields in the unit areas of 9 combinations showed significant increase to compere with female parent.更多还原
