福建灵芝科真菌资源及担孢子形态结构数据库研究

【摘要】 1998~ 2 0 0 0年 ,在标本采集和鉴定工作的基础上 ,整理出福建省灵芝科真菌名录 (2属 32种 ) ,明确福建省野生灵芝种类 ,并考察 4种主要灵芝种类的生态习性、分布情况及其适生树种。在人工驯化栽培的野生灵芝种类中 ,已实现人工栽培的主要是灵芝 Ganoderma lucidum;对短段木 (原木 )仿野生栽培的灵芝子实体 (微粉末 )的一般化学成分和多糖、膳食纤维及灵芝三萜酸等功能性成分进行了分析。同时 ,测试了灵芝 G.lucidum孢子粉化学成分 ,并采用超声波破壁 -电子探针技术研究其孢壁结构 ;采用计算机多媒体创作工具 ,建立福建灵芝科真菌资源及主要属种多媒体

【Abstract】 On the base of specimens collection, classification and identification from 1998 to 2000, the Ganodermataceac in Fujian Province were listed out.There were at least 32 species (belong to 2 genus ).The ecological habit, distributing status of primary species (4 kinds) and their fitting tree\|genus for growth were investigated. The general chemical components and functional components(including polysaccharide, dietary fiber and ganoderic acids) of the micropartticles of log\|cultivated Ganoderma lucidum were analysed.Chemical components of the spores were also analysed,and the ultrastructure of the spore\|walls were studied by the electron probe technique(SEM and X\|ray EDS).The multimedia system of resource of Ganodermataceae in Fujian Province and morphology and structure database of basidospores were built by Founder Author Tool(Ver 3 1).
