【摘要】 概述了国内外有关蔬菜耐热性研究情况 .介绍了蔬菜作物耐热性的形态学与生理生化基础、热激蛋白的作用机制及耐热性遗传规律的研究现状 .并进一步提出和讨论了该领域尚待解决的问题

【Abstract】 Studies on vegetable heat resistant at home and abroad were briefly reviewed. The morphological, physiological and biochemical foundation of heat resistant, heat shock proteins’ mechanism of action and heat resistant genetic development were introduced. Some problems in this field which would be investigated further, were also pointed out and discussed.
