【摘要】 以龙眼红核子品种的松散型胚性愈伤组织诱导的体细胞胚胎为材料 ,研究了体细胞胚胎经 5 0 g· L- 1 蔗糖成熟培养后的超微结构变化 .结果表明 ,经过成熟培养之后 ,龙眼体细胞胚胎细胞在结构和代谢上都发生了根本性的变化 .该研究有助于了解龙眼体细胞成熟机理以及进一步优化龙眼体胚再生系统更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of ultrastructure of somatic embryos induced from friable embryogenic callus before and after were observed in this experiment. Maturation on the medium with high mass concentration of sucrose (50 g·L -1 ) in Dimocarpus longan Lour. cv. Honghezi. The results showed that the cells of somatic embryos changed completely both in structure and metabolism after maturation. This study would be helpful to learn the mechanism of maturation and to optimize regeneration system of somatic embryos in longan.更多还原
