光周期对甜菜夜蛾生长发育状况的影响
Effect of photoperiod on the growth and development of beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua Hübner
【摘要】 在室温 (2 6± 1 )℃、相对湿度 80 % -85 %条件下 ,分别采用 5种不同光周期 (光暗比为 8∶ 1 6、1 0∶ 1 4、1 2∶ 1 2、1 4∶1 0、1 6∶ 8)对甜菜夜蛾各虫态进行处理 .结果表明 ,光暗比 1 2∶ 1 2的光周期 ,各虫态生长发育状况最好 ,幼虫存活率、平均蛹重、蛹羽化率、成虫寿命、产卵量及卵孵化率等都明显优于其它处理 ;其次为光暗比 1 4∶ 1 0的处理 ;而光暗比 8∶ 1 6的处理各虫态发育状况最差 ;随着光照时数的增加 ,幼虫发育历期逐渐缩短
【Abstract】 Every stage of Spodoptera exigua Hübner was dealt with 5 sorts of photoperiod of light to dark at 8∶16, 10∶14, 12∶12, 14∶10 and 16∶8 under the condition of (26±1) ℃, RH80%-85% indoors. The result showed that S.exigua had the best state of growth and development at 12∶12, and the larval survival rate, the average pupa weight, the emergence rate, the life span,the number of laying eggs and the hatching rate were distinctly superior to other photoperiods. Next was 14∶10. 8∶16 led to the worst state of growth and development. More longer under light, more faster larval developed.
