【摘要】 研究了影响木塑复合材性能的 4个主要工艺参数 .结果表明 ,试验中的影响因素以密度为主要影响因素 ,其对各项指标均有高度显著性影响 ;塑料的添加量对复合板的厚度吸水膨胀率呈高度显著影响 ,对内结合强度及静曲强度的影响不显著 ;热压时间的延长有助于复合板的性能指标的优化 ;热压温度对静曲强度和干状内结合强度及 2 4 h厚度吸水膨胀率的影响不显著 ,对湿状内结合强度和 2 h厚度吸水膨胀率的影响显著更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,4 main technical parameters which affect the properties of WPC were studied The results indicated that the density of WPC is the mostimportant factor which has notable effect on each property;the ratio of wood particle and plastic has notable effect on T S but light effect on MOR & I B ;extending hot press time can improve every property;the hot press temperature has light effect on MOR and dry I B & 24 h T S but remarkable effect on wet I B and 2 h T S更多还原
