【摘要】 通过正交实验设计研究不同生根促进剂与不同插穗下切口型对光皮桦扦插繁殖生根率与愈伤组织大小的影响 ,结果表明 ,生根促进剂对插穗生根率与愈伤组织大小影响显著 ,其中IAA+ IBA对促进生根效果最好 ,NAA对愈伤组织面积大小影响最大 .插穗下切口型宜采用双削面或单削面 ,且插穗下切口型对愈伤组织面积大小无显著影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Int paper,the effects of different root inducing regulator and cutting surface types on the root rate and the area of wound closure were sludied by the design of orthogonal test The results showed that there were significant difference in the effects of root inducing regulator on the cutting root rate and the area of wound closure,in which the regulator of IAA+IBA was the best in promoting the root rate,and the regulator of NAA had notable effects on the area of wound closure;and that suitable cutting surface types should be single side or two sides type in which there were no significant difference更多还原
