【Abstract】 Investigation was made to evaluate toxicity of n butanol extracts saponin of Nerium indicum Mill., Pterocarya stenoptera DC. and Rumex Japonicum Houtt.on Oncomelania hupensis . Toxicity evaluation procedure includes study of inhibitory effects on climbing up of snails, dose effect and time effect determined by regression analysis and calculation of dose and time of LD 50 and LD 90 respectively.更多还原
