聚醚砜的磺化改性
Sulfonation of Polyethersulfone for Modification
【摘要】 聚醚砜是一种综合性能优异的特种工程塑料 ,由于其结构的特殊性造就了其性能的稳定性。以浓硫酸为溶剂 ,氯磺酸为磺化剂 ,对聚醚砜进行了磺化改性 ,并对磺化时间、反应温度、搅拌速度和氯磺酸与聚醚砜的摩尔比等因素进行了探讨 ,结果表明 :磺化温度为 10℃左右较好 ,磺化反应为一平衡反应 ,搅拌速度对磺化度影响不大 ,磺化度和氯磺酸与聚醚砜的摩尔比几乎呈一线性关系。
【Abstract】 Polyethersulfone(PES) is a super engineering plastic with high performance,which has stable characteristics via its particular structure.PES has been modified by chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonated agent and concentrated sulfuric acid as solvent.Some factors such as reacting temperature,reacting time, stirring velocity and the mole ratio of chlorosulfonic acid and PES, have been studied.The results are as follows: the good reacting temperature is 10 ℃; the sulfonated reaction is of equilibrium; the effect brought by strring velocity on sulfonation degree is little,and the relation of the sulfonation degree and the mole ratio of chlorosulfonic acid and PES is linable.
