【摘要】 供应链环境下的库存管理不同于单个企业传统库存控制 ,不是简单的需求预测与补给 ,而是通过库存管理 ,提高供应链的系统性和集成性 ,增强企业的敏捷性和响应性。针对当前企业库存管理没有面向供应链 ,库存管理信息系统落后 ,缺乏库存管理绩效评价标准等问题 ,提出进行供应链库存控制绩效评估原则 ,研究确定了供应链环境下库存控制绩效评估指标 ,通过AHP法确定其相应权重 ,建立模糊综合评判模型 ,以确定供应链环境下的库存控制绩效 ,并进行算例应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inventory management in supply chain is one of the most important aspect of supply chain management. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. It is evaluated the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, and it is applied to an example.更多还原
