一种用作分子电子材料的螺杂环化合物
A Spiroheterocyclic Compound Used for Molecular Electronic Material
【摘要】 设计并合成了一种具有螺环结构的高熔点有机分子 .这种分子能够和银形成络合物薄膜 ,并具有很好的热稳定性和电双稳特性 .络合物薄膜在 8V电压作用下 ,可以从高阻态转变成低阻态 ,跃迁时间为 15ns .
【Abstract】 A spiroheterocyclic compound molecule with high melting point is designed and synthesized.A meltalorganic complex thin film can be formed by silver and this compound molecules,which shows good electrical bistable property and thermal stability.The resistivity of the complex film can be changed from high to low at 8 V and the transition time is only 15 ns.
