【摘要】 目的　探讨WGW Ⅱ吻合器在腹部手术中的应用。方法　 1997年 1月～ 1999年 6月 ,应用消化道吻合器行门奇断流术 9例 ,全胃切除术 3例 ,毕Ⅱ式胃大部切除术 4 7例 ,结、直肠手术 13例 ,共 72例。结果　并发切口感染 2例 ,腹水 1例 ,无吻合口漏、出血及吻合口狭窄等并发症 ,72例均痊愈出院。 5 1例随访 1～ 2 8个月 ,1例死于胃癌复发 ,余无特殊不适。结论　在门奇断流、胃切除及低位直肠癌的保肛手术中 ,使用吻合器能明显地缩短手术及麻醉时间 ,减少出血 ,减轻对组织的创伤 ,有利于术后恢复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of WGW Ⅱ staplers in general surgery. Methods From Jan. 1997 to Jun. 1999, 9 cases of portoazygos, 3 cases of total gastrectomy, 47 cases of Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy and 13 cases of colorectal operation were performed with WGW Ⅱ staplers. Results Incision infection occurred in 2 patients, ascites in 1 patient, and no fistula, bleeding and stenosis occurred in all cases. Fifty one patients had a follow up of 1～28 months. One case died of stomach cancer relapse. Conclusions The use of staplers in portoazygos disconnection, gastrectomy and anus saving of lower rectal cancer can significantly shorten the operating time and the time under anesthesia, reduce blood loss and alleviate tissue damage.更多还原
